If you wish to travel through India, this is not a really very big deal, India is not a very expensive country like many other, you can complete a trip with relatively less amount in your buck. Just plan the trip, take your backpack and check in the fight to India.

However, for your kind information, Pykara falls is not for kayaking and you will not get permission for kayaking too. The water is falling down far below with a great force at the end. You can enjoy a boat ride into Pykara lake.

  10. I would never have guessed that India had snow covered mountains. The closest I’ve ever gotten to that region of the world is Indonesia. I remember the lush green rice fields and the flat plateaus. If it wasn’t for such a long flight (23 hours) I’d probably go to India and experience the rich culture there. My husband and I love to travel. I must say that rarely do I come across a site that is so rich with information. You certainly are thorough and I really admire that.

    1. I am not sure from which country exactly you are from, but India is a great tourist destination from travelers all over the world. As you said the 23 h long flight, you may be from the USA. Indonesia, where you visited, is a beautiful place too, but India is versatile and less expensive, which attracts travelers in India.

In India, there are many destinations where you’ll get snow-covered mountains because the north part of the nation is fully covered by great Himalayan range. However, in the southern part, you’ll get lush green hilly destinations and beautiful sea beaches.
